The GT1000 curb extruder is manufactured by The Curb Depot, it is built with technology and design that no one else has. What makes this machine the future in concrete curbing is our swing arm drive technology. This is technology created to eliminate the "old" track and trolley systems. Track and trolley systems will ALWAYS require maintenance, often needing replacement of parts of the assembly including the bearings. Concrete over time gets into this area and wreaks havoc with the efficiency of the machine. You will find yourself spending your precious time and money on replacement parts and maintenance, instead of extruding and producing higher profits. It is a problem you no longer need to deal with.

Our swing arm drive technology has no track and trolley and thus, eliminates the problems noted above. Our assembly consists of a direct link between the gear box and plunger supported by our exclusive swing arm, keeping everything precisely aligned. Again, the track and trolley which normally lies between the gear box and plunger on the floor of the machine collecting debris and becoming unstable, is GONE.

The GT1000 extruder has several other important features worth noting. Our mold attachments are reversible for the inevitable "dead ends" and offers direction flexibility. Our quick cam mold release consists of a simple flip of a lever and requires NO tools. Our belt tensioner provides a necessary stability with the belt tightness providing the perfect tension between your engine and drive. You do not have to worry about the belt loosening up and then having to make adjustments due to engine vibrations. Finally, every component and piece of material in our equipment is of the highest quality. We could have bought inferior parts and used inferior labor, but we chose to follow our business ethics and our company motto, "built by curbers for curbers".
